The Design Process

Consultation and Brief

We meet in your garden to discuss your project. In order to develop a design for the garden I need to establish what you want from the space, your likes and dislikes, your style preferences as well as getting a sense of the site.  From this a brief is created.

Site Survey and Analysis

The next stage is to record all on site measurements, spot heights, features, aspect and views. A topographical survey may be required for larger complex sites.

Initial Design:
Layout Plan

The Layout Plan details the position and size of all the elements comprising the design. A material specification
covering all the hard landscaping elements is included.
